The China Adventures of Arielle Gabriel

Feng Shui: White:

Home

White is the colour of purification, and is always used in Chinese funerals.

We associate it with weddings and baby clothes, yet to the Chinese it is the colour for death and dying.

At Chinese funerals, white hooded robes belted at the waists are worn by mourners.

I have seen many of these funerals in my travels, and the music and dancing and singing is most poetic.
