Today I opened a dreaded back email from Joey in Vancouver, and learned what I already suspected. The Canadian government in Quebec has refused to process my paid for, Rush Application, for the government document that I need for the completion of my Passport Renewal application.  In Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.  The grounds given are totally flimsy. This is the reason: The governemt agent said to Joseph, your utilities are not really proof of your residence, as they are in the name of your father, not you.  FACT: Joseph has lived at this address for more than 20 years, and also submitted his own telephone bills, and has computer bills there as well, as it is an address for his home computer business.  He also has the following ID: Canada passport Canada driver's license, with the required address Canada medicare care, with the required address Canada Social Insurance Number Hong Kong Permanent Resident card 5 credit cards 2 or 3 banking cards SO the Canada Government agent knows I am unable to get my Canada Passport, which equates to BEING ROBBED OF MY CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP, AS THAT IS THE END RESULT. All on this flimsy reason,"Sorry, your father has an account for utilities bills at the same address."  I take it that in recent decades both municipal and provincial and federal Government Workers take advantage of New Canadians with these concoted explanations. To be brief, they are gambling on those taken advantage do not have the money to pay for private lawyers. I am re-awakening my Massive China Adventures Website to record this as I need to speak out quickly. I am a woman in danger in a foreign country.
